yesterday I turned on my Mac and I was all set to write and I posted a ton of photos but then ameblo was down for maintenance!
So I’m writing today!
Today’s have become a little bit warmer in the afternoons. And yet it’s snowing in Hokkaido… It’s kind of strange.
Even though we are the same country the top and the bottom are very different.
But if you think about it different places on the earth have very different temperatures even though were all on the same planet.
It would be nice to spend a whole year somewhere warm and sunny, but I also like being in Japan and having the four seasons.
From pure white winter to the gentle winds of spring to the beautiful ocean and the hot sun beating down on it it’s summer and to fall which always makes me feel a little bit sad for some reason.
Little by little spring is getting closer even though we still have a while to wait. I decided I want to enjoy winter just a little bit longer so I’m wearing a sweater and a hat. I can’t wait for it to get warm enough so I can wear this outside and not be cold.
And, I got Torimon sweets which are at the top of my personal list of souvenirs from all over the country.
Yay! Yay! Although I already ate them all. (That didn’t take long)
So yesterday I had a recording for LisAni in the morning.
It was a lot of work. I got teased a lot. But it was DERA fun!! (Super M?)
I’ll tell you the day that it will air and the details another day. For now just look forward to it.
Afterwards I had an interview with Natalie.
This time I talked a lot about my childhood and also things that I can only feel now.
It’s really amazing. They listened to me talk all about the things that you and I have done together and everything I’ve learned from it and even the way that I felt at the time.
It makes me so happy that everything that I’ve made together with you, not by myself, as actually reached someone and that one by one more people love it with me.
The children playing in the park in a circle of old friends keep on finding ways to have fun with each other even if a new friend joins them.
Today I accidentally locked eyes with someone as we passed each other. I felt kind of embarrassed so I smiled at them and apparently I shocked them into wondering if I was someone that they knew. Sorry about that
When you become a grown-up, a lot of things become harder.
As I walk along the road, if someone comes up to me and says that it looks like fun, a lot of people would join with a smile saying ”Let’s play.” “Okay what should we do? “It's great to have a place where people accept you with a smile.
I hope we can keep on finding more fun things together.
That’s why I left back on the path that you and I have walked together and I picked my answers very carefully to be sure of every step.
I had a lot of fun at that interview. It made me really happy. So I think you’ll enjoy it too. Please read Natalie when it goes public.
