Since I did maintenance on my heart and body yesterday, today I did maintenance on my OOCHI (house) .
AKA House Cleaning!
I sentenced the toilet cover, and bath matt to a tumble-tumble in the washing machine.
Then I sentenced the floor to a rubba-dub from head to toe with my Gekiochi-kun super sponge.
After I’d sweated up a storm, I sentenced the tub to a scrubba-dub.
But then I couldn’t just leave the kitchen, so I sentenced it to a scrubba-dub with Hiita bleach.
The scent of the laundry, blowing in the wind, wafted into the room, and the floor was brighter, and the toilet and sink and bathtub were all sparkling clean.
The low tones from the speaker and the path of the wind made me so happy, as I drank some tea and read a book, that I felt like a princess in her castle.
A princess, I tell you. A princess.
But after I clean, it makes me want to cook even less because I’ll just get the kitchen all dirty again. (LOL)
Oh well. I am Princess LiSA today, I guess that’s okay.
(Not like I ever cook much anyway.)
So today is Yui (my little sister)’s birthday.
I wanted her to wear her present right away, so I gave it to her ages ago (I’m the type who can never wait until the day of.) and she wore it today.
Her hair is bright too, so I knew it would look great on her!!
She was overjoyed by all the happy birthday messages she got on Twitter. “I’ve never had this many people say Happy Birthday to me before!!” She said.
DERA ADIGATO for all the happiness you’ve given my family!!
They say that when you’re happy, your hair turns blue!!
(That’s a total lie)
This may seem obvious, but as I grow older, the time my little sister has been alive grows as well, but in my head, my little sister will aaaalways be in elementary school. (LOL)
But she can eat vegetables now, and say thank you to our mother, and she doesn’t fight with our grandfather anymore, and she helps out our grandmother now…so she’s gradually changing.
She still doesn’t really know how to talk with people she’s never met before. She just smiles and frantically repeats, “Yeah. Yeah.”, and she can’t stop her heart from pounding, so she rushes off somewhere. She’s shy, just like I am.
She’s so awkward: she’s slow and she always oversleeps, and she has trouble getting on the right train, and she’s unreliable and she can only run in a straight line. She loves meat,
and she’s always totally earnest, and far to sweet for her own good. All of those things haven’t changed.
When we were kids we used to fight all the time, but now she’s a treasure to me, just like all of you are.
She’s my precious treasure, so I’m so happy that she had such a wonderful birthday today. Thank you for making her special day even more special.
I guess I’ll have to let her be the princess today.
Yui-chan, DERA happy birthday!!
Also, DERA ADIGATO for all the love letters and presents from the office!!
DERA ADIGATO for all the love letters and presents from Animelo Summer Live!!
Oh yeah.
You can sign up for the Sleep over field trip for LiSA-kko [http://entame.knt.co.jp/lisa2012/] until Aug 31st.

This got kind of long, so I’ll talk about KiSS me tomorrow, okay?
Be Happy.
Today’s another great day.
