[LiSA Blog 04/17/13] In dreams

Hi。

It was so warm today, but it was windy.
It was hard to pedal a bike, but lovely to walk in the sun and wind.
But I like this temperature.
So I wore my hair in a bun. Can you tell?

I got so into the text that I was so lost in thought that before I realized it I’d gone two stations too far.
When I dive into a book I lose all consciousness of the outside world. Like I’m asleep and dreaming.
I snapped to like when my alarm wakes me up in the morning. Then then I finally went home.
But I was sort of impressed by my own power of concentration that I laughed by myself.
I was on the way home, and sometimes that’s okay,

My special commentary aired on TOKYO MX’s 5-ji ni muchuu!
Did you watch it?

They put in images from fate/zero,oath sign, sword art online and crossing field which made me happy.
I was nervous, but I wanted to say thank you to everyone who loved the anime and the song.
I hope that all the emotions the staff and I put in will reach you.

[LiSA Blog 04/16/13] So much mentaiko

Hi。

I got so into the text that I was so lost in thought that before I realized it I’d gone two stations too far.
When I dive into a book I lose all consciousness of the outside world. Like I’m asleep and dreaming.

Now then.
I left a lot of footprints in Fukuoka.
Shinseido Canal City Hakata sold CDs outside at the release event, too.

They made the event special with me.

Then I went to Animate Fukuoka Tenjin

I went right there after the event ended so I got to meet so many people who were at the event! (LOL)
The staff watched me doodling, which was kind of embarrassing, but also fun.

Then I went straight to Fukuoka Tower Records.

I got to doodle on the wall. I wrote soooo much!!

I was so happy to see the huge corner!

best day,best way has gone out of Tokyo to Fukuoka, and I’m so happy so many people in so many places like it.

And of course you can’t talk about Fukuoka without talking about menra!!

Tonkotsu. It’s soo good. And of course it comes with fried rice!!

And of course you can’t talk about Fukuoka without talking about mentaiko!!
You can eat it plain, or fry it or grill it…you can have it so many ways!

Fukuoke has the best fish, so this is a fish and mentaiko collaboration!!

But it tastes best on top of warm rice. It’s soooo good!


This is why I can’t get enough of Fukuoka!

I’d go every day if Fukuoka was the prefecture next to Tokyo←
But that would be impossible, so I’ll just enjoy the mentaiko I bought as a souvenir.

[LiSA Blog 04/15/13] Fukuoka Canal City Hakata

Hi。

TARAIMAN, Tokyo!!
Heh heh. I brought back so many souvenirs!

To everyone who came out to Fukuoka Canal City,
DERA ADIGADO GOZAIMASHITA!!

Look at all these people!!
This is almost 60 degrees!!
They go all the way to bridge!!

Everyone was smiling and dancing and singing so much I thought they might fall!
DERA ADIGADO!!

I was shocked because I never thought there would be so many people.
The moment I stepped on stay, I actually said outloud “I’ve never seen Canal City like this before!”
I could see people on the other side of the bridge, and on top of the stairs too.
I was so happy!

So I hung out over the barrier to sing because I wanted to be even closer.

But I may have gotten a little too close. Sorry if I startled anyone.

And it didn’t rain until it was all over because I brought my TERU TERU charm with the lips!
I sang up to the sky and it felt so good.

This was my second time at Canal City since the release event for crossing field.
And I love it so much. I want to go again, higher ups!!
And I hadn’t been in Northern Kyushu since Ani Uta! I was so happy to be back!

I was so happy to have time to talk to people one on one at the meet and greet.

To everyone who came, to Canal City Hakata, to all the staff members,

And then I hung out on LOVE FM’s Stylish Life.

What a nice studio! It was so spacious, and there was a park next door, and I could chat while watching everyone who had gathered outside, and the scenery out the window.
I even got to talk with Anna about Disney and Canal City, and I had so much fun!!

Then I went on FM FUKUOKA’s「Hyper Night Program GOW!!」

This was satellite radio, and I got to talk to EIJI-san and the people outside and it was so much fun!!
We talked about all kinds of stuff, and he liked my souvenirs.
The outside was so close.

Because this event was part of the Enjoy Your New Life! Project, everyone who came in their suit or school uniform got a sticker. But I wore a sort of uniform too.

Then I made a minor change to a ponytail! Did you notice?

Today I’m wearing pants!!

I made so many new fun memories. And I love Fukuoka even more than I already did!!
I’ll be back at Fukuoka DRUM Be-1 on June 28th, with the raMEN (my band). Come hang out!
(Tickets go on sale April 27th.)
I left some footprints, and had some good food, which I’ll talk about tomorrow.

LiSA’s newest single Best day, Best way released almost one month ago,
In the past few weeks she traveled trough Japan to promote her new single,
She also reached the top #6 of the Oricon chart which is a huge performance.


We'll be organizing 2 LiSAkko hangouts on google+ this Saturday (04/27/2013) to celebrate this all,
One for the LiSAkko who live on the east side of the globe and one for those who live on the west side ^.^

[LiSA Blog 04/14/13] Fukuoka

Hi。

Today I’m staying in Fukuoka.
I’m writing this in a fancy lobby.
Today was the 3rd best day, best way release event In Fukuoka Canal City Hakota.
Last time, it was summer, when the kids were playing in the water.
I stole the long, so I had my stage on the grass, but I guess that was a special thing.
Today the stage was floating on the water. (LOL)

When I got up on stage, so many people were waiting for me,
All the way to the bridge. It was so amazing! I was a little worried everyone would fall.
I have a lot of photos I want to put up, so I’ll write up a proper entry tomorrow.
I was just so happy to get to come back to Canal City, and to see sooooo many people, and be surrounded by the sound of applause and voices singing along with me.
We were really close. But I wanted to be closer, so I went up to thebarrier.
Were you worried that I might fall? I just wanted to get closer to you!!
Did I reach you, all the way to the top and to the back?
You all reached me.
I’ll write more tomorrow.

Tomorrow I’m going to wear see through stockings so I don’t fall in the water.

Oh yeah. Today they aired the radio show I taped with Kobori-san for CBC Radio. Did you listen in?

It was in Aichi, so I called my grandma right before it started, and said “I’m going to be on CBC radio now, so listen to it!” She was really excited, and hung up right away, but after the show was over she called me back and said, “There was no interview with you. Will it be on after this baseball game?”

Hmmm? Baseball game???
Grandma!! I was on the radio!! Not on the CBC TV station!!
So that was kind of too bad. (LOL)
But I talked about my grandfather on Kobori-san’s show, so I’m going to have the higher ups send my grandma a copy.
I hope it makes her crack up.
Tomorrow I’m appearing on LOVE FM’s Stylish Life at 4 PM!
After that I’ll be on FM FUKUOKA‘s Hyper Night Program GOW!! At 5 PM!

[LiSA Blog 04/13/13] About Shiroi Toiki

Hi。

Tomorrow is the free event at Fukuoka Canal City!!
It starts at 3 PM, so please come hang out.

Now then。
I’m going to talk about Shiroi Toiki’s b-side best day, best way。

This was my first time working with Yashikin. He wrote this song for me.
He said he played my voice inside his head as he wrote it. (LOL)
That made me happy.
First, why is it called Shiroi Toiki (White Breathe) even though it’s April?
I wrote it in winter.←
Just joking.
(I’m not lying)
April is a month of beginnings.
But you have to get through the season of farewells first.
I put Shiroi Toiki in so that when you played the whole CD through, you’d run into best day, best way which would make you feel like you could really begin something, but you wouldn’t forget the bittersweet feelings you had to get over before beginning something, the way you feel in the beginning of spring.
The song that Yashiki wrote really spoke to my heart, and midnight in winter. I cried as I wrote it.
I think I cried for about an hour. That’s how much honest emotion I put in it.
The person inside the panda, and inside LiSA.
I’m not good at talking about my feelings, so I put them into a song.
I talked to myself and then I put all my emotions in it.
I hope you can feel them.
The falsetto parts always just come out then and there, so it’s the feelings I felt running through the song coming out in song.
So it was a melody I could only sing then.
If I didn’t record it, I could never sing that melody again. (LOL)
So all of that is in the song.
And I love the way it connects to best day,best way
how the rhythm changes at the end like the bittersweetness is changing to positivity.
That feeling of spring coming after winter.
The reason I can say for sure it’s the best day,best way!!
Is because I got over the sorrow of Shiroi Toiki that began with
Longing that I’m a Rock star!!
This single is more like an album. That’s why it’s LiSA 120%
All 3 songs are the love letter I want to give you now.

I should write about the Jacket too.
The panda was a big hit.

They asked questions from either side. “What’s this.” “What’s this.”

We looked at the sky together.

We chatted a lot.

We laughed so much while we were taking pictures.

It must be hard to be a mom. It must be hard to be a preschool teacher.
But this is how I was brought up too.
I hope I made my tired mom laugh a little like this.

The photo of the three of us laughing is my favorite.
Kikka-chan, Yurina-chan, and Hayato-kun, who was shy the way I was when I was little. Thanks for such a fun time!

Oh yeah, did notice that all of the accessories in the pictures in the LA photo booklet that comes with the complete limited edition are all the American flag?

So those are the feelings I put into the jacket. I hope you enjoy it all.
