Picture archive September update

Yet another moon has changed and a new month has begun,
and so on we bring you a new fresh update on the LiSA-Lab picture archive.
This month's update includes her new website looks, and with a huge thanks towards @Rivers017 we gained our hands on some hi-res scans of GiRLPOP.
