Exercise!!
One, two, three, four…
You laugh
You laughed.
I exercise for about 30 minutes at a time but I’m always dripping with sweat by the end.
But it’s a great exercise that you can do at home.
And how are the results!?
Well…
There isn’t any real point because I always end up eating so much.
I’d like an extravagant topping of chocolate chips please!!
Now then.
I’m going to be singing at my home town of Gifu!!
On Jan 20th, I’m going to take part in the Japan Red Cross blood drive project LOVE in Action Local Efforts in Ogaki,
which will be held at Taiyo no Hiroba on the first floor of the Ogaki Aeon Mall.
There will be two shifts, one from 12:30 and one from 3 pm!!
I think this will be my first time as LiSA doing an event in Gifu.
I feel excited and nervous at the same time.
There will be a blood drive bus on the day of the show too.
You may be able to help save someone. But if you don’t do it then you won’t be able to save anyone.
I thought that you weren’t allowed to give blood if you have your ears pierced, but apparently it’s all right as long as it’s been six months since you got them pierced.
Did you know that?
So what blood type are you?
Be Happy.
Today’s another great day.
BYE-CHIっ.
